Equipment-supported or mat training

Learn the exercises that make up the Pilates training method in one of our mat courses. You will strengthen your body in a balanced way and optimize your posture and coordination. With Pilates, we restore the natural alignment of the body and gain the necessary stability for strong, harmonic and free movement of the joints. These classes take place mostly on mats on the ground, with the support of equipment such as weights, balls, Therabands, the Magic Circle or foam rollers.

Additionally, the large Pilates equipment (Allegro I) is used in small groups. Through the mix of mat and Allegro, we benefit from even more variety in our workout.

Individual Training

Individual training is the most effective training method to learn Pilates. In one-to-one training, a trainer focuses entirely on you. Based on your physical requirements and personal wishes and goals, we work with you to develop an individual Pilates training that is specially adapted with physiotherapy and sports therapy approaches.

In a private atmosphere, at a time of your choosing, you will train in a highly efficient and goal-oriented manner. For an optimal start to group training, individual training is particularly recommended for beginners. At the same time, what has been learned from group lessons can be deepened and supplemented.

Pregnancy Courses

Movement and physical activity are particularly important during pregnancy and after delivery! Above all, the spine and pelvic floor are stressed above average, even in normal pregnancies. Carrying the child on one side is an additional strain.

The low-risk and energetic exercise course of a Pilates class is ideal for you and focuses on the following: preparation for physical stress after childbirth, quick recovery of your "normal" figure, correction of physical imbalances, conscious and intensive breathing and control of the pelvic floor.
